Futurama gets new life. New Episodes ordered

Comedy Central has ordered 26 new episodes for the series that just won't go away. New shows should start airing in early mid 2010
According to 20th Century Fox TV Chairmen Gary Newman and Dana Walden:

When we brought back Family Guy several years ago, everyone said that it was a once in a lifetime thing — that canceled series stay canceled and cannot be revived. But Futurama was another series that fans simply demanded we bring back, and we couldn’t have been happier when Matt and David agreed that there were many more stories yet to tell.

New Pictures From Iron Man 2: MIckey Rourke as Whiplash

Paramount Pictures just released some new pictures of Mickey Rourke as Whiplash in the upcoming movie "Iron Man 2"
The suit, which the Russian criminals put together, consists of a pair of whips, powered by the glowing chest piece. Director Jon Favreau says that the technology used in Rourke’s suit is “definitely related” to the tech developed by Tony Stark, and “that’s part of the core theme of the film.”

David Carradine Found Dead in his hotel Room

Oscar-nominated actor David Carradine was found dead in his Bangkok hotel room yesterday. He had been in the city shooting a movie when the film’s producer found Carradine. According to the BBC a hotel maid found him in a closet with a rope around his neck and body.

Carradine’s manager Chuck Binder tells Fox News his death is “shocking and sad. He was full of life, always wanting to work…a great person.”

David Carradine is best known for his leading role of Kwai Chang Caine on the 1970s series Kung Fu, and most recently his role in Kill Bill.

The AP reports a preliminary police investigation found that he had hanged himself with a cord used with the room's curtains. It cited police as saying he had been dead at least 12 hours and there was no sign that he had been assaulted.

Do you remember Total Recall Staring Arnold Schwarzenegger, well its coming back. As of right now the script is still being written. But sources say that its going to be more based on the original book by Philip K Dick’s "We Can Remember It for You Wholesale", the book that spawned the 1990 movie.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like the Alien Franchise is coming back to life. Ridley Scott won't be directing but he will involved. As of now commercial/music video director Carl Erik Rinsch will be at the helm. No official word on the plot is available as of yet, but so far its going to be set on the ship again with only 1 alien. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Its that time again for disney to go back to its roots and create a new animated movie about the hunny loving bear. Winnie the Pooh. Unlike recent computer generated movies, they are going back to the old fashion way of creating cartoons. By drawing them by hand. No release date has been announced as off yet but its coming.
